Everyone at Cooley Mazda was great to work with, always professional with great communication. I purchased a pre-owned CX-50 and I feel like I got a fair deal. My only complaint is that the car came with only one key fob which may prove to be quite inconvenient as the second one does tend to come in quite handy at times. If they weren’t crazy expensive to replace, it wouldn’t be as much of an issue. Overall very satisfied otherwise with my experience.

Amazing Experience with Mike & Collin. Deal was done over the phone due to my hesitation with dealership experiences. Started at 9am and had a deal done and car by 11am. Absolutely fantastic experience.
The Biggest reason reason I’m giving 5 stars is because I told them my situation with the negative equity on my car I traded in & my credit situation wasn’t the best & they didn’t turn me away. Helped me get exactly what I wanted, not what they could get me in! Great customer service obviously, just all & very happy I found this dealership.

Always find the staff there to be very helpful and whenever they work on my Volkswagen, they’re quite thorough. Ensuring there are no other issues that need to be addressed beyond those that brought me to their service department.
Our sales person, Frank Wilson, was the highlight of our buying experience. He is helpful and listens. He is super calm and knowledgeable. Had he not shown up, we would not of continued our shopping experience. Also the finance department was pushy about warranties, which was not a great feeling.

It was fantastic! Work on my car began immediately after I arrived, and I was sent a video, while I was in the waiting room, from the technician outlining the work that had been done.
I had Brian as my Service Mangers and he was very professional and polite. I also wanted to thank the technician who worked on my car and was very thorough. The service center at Cookey has always been very efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I take my car there every year to get inspected and for any repairs that are needed. Their inspection process in particular is very good.
No pressure. They actually do what they say. My wife and I have purchased three vehicles at Cooley and would purchase another. We felt our salesperson Walt was honest, truthful and easy to deal with. We have dealt with other car dealers in the past and never went back. Cooley was different.
I was hearing noise coming from one of the headlights of my 2022 Mazda CX5 Premium plus. I took the vehicle to Cooley Mazda for service. Thankfully, I had purchased the vehicle from Cooley Mazda certified pre-owned. Cooley Mazda was able to purchase a new headlight and install the headlight for me with zero out of pocket. New headlight cost roughly $2,500 and didn't pay a single penny thankfully. Thank you Cooley Mazda! I"m very much appreciative of the service!
My service appointment this Wednesday went very well, my problem was covered with the warranty , and the task completed quickly and my questions were answered.
