I love how they send you a walkthrough video of your car. I can see for myself under my car, what it looks like, any wear or rust and the tread on my tires. And before they do anything, even if it's included in my package, they ask if I want it done. They are very professional and they get you out pretty quickly. And Sue at the front desk is the best!! You rock girl!
The mechanic that worked on my car was super informative & friendly.
We drove an hour to check out a vehicle at Cooley Mazda and are glad we made the drive. Frank greeted us on the lot and quickly had us out for a test drive. Frank went over the CPO difference with us and had us sold. Frank is informative, patient, fair and no pressure sales. Oh, and don't forget the bumper to bumper coverage, better to have it and not need it. We took the vehicle home with us a few hours later. Brian in the Service Dept was excellent with helping me get my sunroof replaced. He kept me informed of what was going on and it was repaired very quickly. Sue at the service desk, is very friendly and got me checked in and answered my questions. The guys who did the repair were efficient and I got my car back quicker than expected

Carolyn’s honesty is honestly refreshing, and it totally sealed the deal for us me and my brother in law when we car shopping. You know how pushy some dealerships can get? They were very accommodating. They didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot and the did a dealer search and found me tha car I wanted. I’ve done business with them many times and always was pleased. The salesmen and financial assistance were very nice and easy to talk with. I would definitely buy from Cooley again and recommend Cooley to others.
In and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation! Always so friendly there!

Shortly after moving up here from NYC, my car decided it was pretty much the end. I truly wasn't thrilled about having a note, but not really an option in my case. My nephew then pointed me to Selah. He didn't just sell me a car for the sake of selling me a car, he curated the best possible outcome for my situation. Everyone at Cooley Mazda was great to work with, always professional with great communication. I purchased a pre-owned CX-50 and I feel like I got a fair deal. My only complaint is that the car came with only one key fob which may prove to be quite inconvenient as the second one does tend to come in quite handy at times. If they weren’t crazy expensive to replace, it wouldn’t be as much of an issue. Overall very satisfied otherwise with my experience.
