They never fail to fix any problem our cars may have, but we feel that by taking our cars in for timely service, it prevents any future problems. One more note ... the ONLY negative about my recent service experience at the Acura shop -- was the cleaning of my car. Both at the service visit, and the day we purchased it ... the car cleaning was not near as good or thorough as I would expect from Gary Force. :( Not a deal breaker ... but the cleaming crew could do a better job on that. I've been taking my 2012 TSX to this dealer since I got the car 3 years ago, and they have always been extremely helpful and professional with their service. I recently needed my entire power steering system replaced because of an issue that should be an official recall. Long story short they replaced all of it for me and saved me an incredible amount of money. Customer service has always been one of their top priorities, so I strongly recommend them.
