When I have my cars, I have them for 10-11 years. I was going on my 11th year with my car, and knew it was time to look and purchase. I spoke to, and visited, many different dealers and most salesman were arrogant, condescending, and unwilling to go back and forth. Walter at Cooley Mazda was none of those things - he was attentive, responsive, and just a pleasure to deal with. This was a very big decision for me, and it was wonderful to deal with someone who respected that.
